The earlier Dexter Riley films are superior, but there's no reason fans won't like this episode, too. It puts too much focus on the admittedly entertaining supporting cast and not enough on the unflappable college students that keep stumbling upon miracle formulas in their science class. Still, performers such as Joe Flynn, Phil Silvers, Cesar Romero and others are fun to watch even when the material is lacking.
