Rocky may be a good boxer. He may have beaten Apollo Creed. But he's got to learn to fight with style. He's got to learn to stop blocking punches with his face. Those are the skills he has to master in this episode of the Rocky series if he's going to beat mean up-and-coming boxer Clubber Lang, played by Mr. T. The clincher is who teaches him -- former champion Apollo Creed. Although Rocky forgets everything he learns by the next film, watching him grow as a boxer in this particular episode is engaging enough to make this film worthwhile. This is frequently considered the last "good" Rocky movie.
