Sorry this took so long, finally got tipped off by the absence of a certain item in your inventory.
Go to the aid of that poor centaur in the forest. If you have no clue how to help her, lead the Indian to some magical healing creatures - that'll give you the idea. The centaur might even give you something to entice them with.
