secret ending takes the ending and makes it better. if you enter the secret room, it releases the secret ending. secret places in these games rarely seem totally hidden, just innaccessable (can you think of a place like that?) unless you do some additional task to get to them that others might forget, not notice, or not find. perhaps on the forums you've noticed some censored talk about an apparant task you didn't complete and that made no sense to you? this may be of interest in a replay.
