I don't know what to do on the game of ages. Here is my inventory.

17 bronze coins
7 red gemstones
3 black gemstones
Guard's Sword
Stone Of Strengthening
Food Rations
Tinderbox
Sticks
String
Wire Clippers
Key Of Opening
Portrait
Clear Focus Stone
Crate
Hammer
Map

I am in Llagimlyn and I have worked for the bartender at the tavern and I got 20 bronze coins.I don't know why I need the hammer and I don't know what to do. I could use a hint!
