One Last EFSM question

How do you get the man away so you can hotwire the truck? I have tried to get past the guard, who called the assistant principal, who never showed up, and the guard won't call her again. I assumed this did something, so I went around the whole school, even in the past, to not find a thing. And what is this recipe everyone is talking about? How do I get it? Where do I get it? HELP ME!!!
