I don't think you CAN cheat. The goal, as I see it, is to do whatever it takes to get to the next page. For some of them, you may have to resort to a search engine, or check the page source. For this one though, it was placed there as the actual clue to go on.

I was originally thinking about it as puzzles to transform, decode or unscramble the number to get the next number, but you will find that this won't always work. So, I think you have to take the stance that you cannot (possibly) cheat. In fact, unless you are some kind of super genius that knows all sorts of random stuff, you will never finish it.

Oh, and for that one, there isn't a connection (like the previous ones). It is just to get you to the next page.
