Virtually all the puzzles take this form:
Page N shows you a way to express the number N. The solution is to use that way to express the next number.
So, for example,
**** SPOILERS for getting from #3 to #4 ****
...page 3 shows you "III", right? That's a roman numeral. The roman numeral for the next number -- four -- is "IV". So go to the page "IV.html".
Get it now?
Virtually all of the steps take this form. Step 13->14 does not, which is one reason why that particular step is so irritating. But pretty much every other step is solid and satisfying.
