Comment or criticism, it's true. I didn't like that aspect of the game before MV, and I didn't like feeling like I had to replicate the mistake in MV for the sake of mirroring MR as cleanly as possible.

The third Vault game, in progress, solves this particular usability issue beyond what MR players are even daring to hope for.
