> Oh yeah, Pike, he was cool. Did you ever read the now defunct comic book series from Marvel/Paramount called Star Trek: Early Voyages, it featured Pike's crew. I was just going with the four that were fetured on the regular series, but if were opening it up to any captain then I gotta go with Captain Mackinzy Calhoun from the Star Trek New Frontier book series. He's got more gaul than any of the other captains.

Sorry, to let you down, my web-spinning friend, but I've never picked up a Star Trek comic. In fact, I haven't read any of the books, either.
Putting it simply: Full time job + Wife + 4 year old + 1 year old = next to zero personal time. Sure, I spend time here, but I'm at work now, and this, at least, looks like I might be working. A book would be a tad more damning.
