I've found and operated both inventions causing one of them to transport me out into the maze by the elm tree. I can't think of anywhere else to go or do with what I have. Look at that map of the maze again. Take a good, LONG look.

Why on Earth would there be one section that appears totally walled off from the rest? Except for that one slightly thinner section?
