When you are given lemons, make lemonade.

Stay with me. I'll get to the lemons part in a minute.
I was watching qualifying for this afternoon's NASCAR race at Bristol. A few stray flakes of snow were falling, but not enough to be a problem. Then in ten minutes time, it went from less than flurries to near blizzard conditions. During a commercial break, they had covered the cars and snow had covered the covers. Drivers, TV comentators, engineers, crew members and just about everybody was making snow balls and throwing that at each other. One comentator looked at a tiny snowman and declared it to be cool. I guess that was the right word.
So qualifying was snowed out. Maybe even the race at 3:00 p.m. will be snowed out. But they seemed to be having fun. They got lemons, and they made lemonade. It's kind of funny when a little snow turns very serious, fully grown men into boys again. Howard
