And sometimes I ask myself it anybody ever reads those old posts anyway. It's been almost a year since I was in Hattiesburg. Is it still there?

> I have eaten at two retaurants specializing in frozen custard. At both, "concrete" refers to frozen custard blended with a topping. I suppose the name comes from the fact that the original concrete is cement blended with rocks. Who would have thought it would inspire a dessert?
