Is the Dubai in the news the same as Dubayy that appears on the map? Both are in the United Arab Emerites (which I probably mispelled), a small country on the southern end of the Persian Gulf. It is bordered by Saudi Arabi and Oman which puts it smack dab in the middle of the Middle East. If location is important, I can see why some folks are worried.
But I have to ask; are there no American companies that are capable of managing a seaport? If not, there is the UK that has a lot of experience in that field. Or Denmark, or Italy, or Canada or a dozen other countries that would be more trusted by the American public. If it has to be Middle East, wouldn't Israel, with all of their experience in the security field, be a better choice? Howard
