Olympic stock car racing??

I'm still mulling over that comment about stock cars in the Olympics. Wouldn't that be like asking a professional baseball team to play in the Little League? I don't think the Olympics have that kind of money. Nor do they have the know-how to run a stock car event. Or even the facilities.
