I've had Vegemite. It is rather salty, but I wouldn't say it was disgusting or anything. Then again, I'm Australian, so I'm supposed to like it. :-) It is kind of an acquired taste.

Marmite, now that I found to be disgusting. I tried it when I was in England, and found it to be like all the nasty bits in Vegemite multiplied by about five. If you don't like Vegemite, it's probably a fair bet you wouldn't like Marmite either. But then again, it has been a while since I've had it.

If you can enjoy Marmite, then I salute you. You are much braver than I.
