This seems to be a touchy subject but I'll try to make it as vague as possible. I'm working on a certain recipe, and don't have anything that qualifies for the second ingredient. I've completed all tasks except the physics lab one and have yet to take the trip to the clinic. Is this particular item one that becomes inacessible as you complete tasks (and therefore I may have missed my opportunity to get it)?
