game of ages I'm stuck again!!!!!! Help!

My inventory is:
20 bronze coins
9 red gemstones
guard's sword
stone of strenthening
food rations
tinderbox
sticks
string
key of opening
clear forcus stone
piece of tash
crate
hammer
map magnifying glass
picture

I worked so hard to get the picture and now I don't know what to do with it. I have gone back home. I've gone back into town. Nobody will do or say anything to help me there. Went to both caves. Got more red gemstones. Now what!!! Or should I say where???
