The best part was that some of the 'title battles' were voted on by fans to see who would win. I belive there were five of these and Marvel one three, which ment that Marvel Comics one. Here is the outcome from the title battels

Cap versus the Bat? It couldn't be decided in just one bout, it'd have to be the best of three.

In the DC corner, wearing black and midnight blue trunks, Batman has trained all his life to become an expert fighter and athelete. He holds several master-level rankings in various martial arts disciplines. Over in the Marvel corner, in red, white, and blue trunks, Captain America has been the subject of an experiment to develop a human to his fullest potential. He is the strongest, fastest, and most agile non-super powered human alive.

Round One would go to Batman. The fight would be over quickly -- Batman would start off fighting cautiously, sizing up Captain America. Suddenly, Batman would alter his fighting style catching Cap by surprise. Two quick jabs to Cap's nerve clusters and Flag-Boy goes down.

Round Two would go to Captain America. This fight would last much longer than the first match. Now aware that Batman is capable on fighting on a level equal to him, Cap (who was also fighting somewhat cautiously) would step up the fight. Not knowing about the capabilities of Cap's shield, Batman dodges the thrown weapon and is knocked over once the shield rebounds into the back of his head. Once Dark and Spooky is knocked off balance, Cap presses his advantage and drops Batman.

Round Three? Now fully aware of each other's ability and each other's... toys, the two heroes would fight for a full ten, twenty minutes, wearing each other down in a battle of attrition. It comes down to this: Batman is just a man who has trained all his life, had his back broken, and is subject to fatigue; Captain America is the ultimate human -- if he does suffer from fatigue, he wouldn't falter before anyone else. Twenty, thirty minutes of jumping, hitting, blocking, throwing takes its toll on the two men. But Batman collapses first.

Winner, 2-1: Captain America.
