I don't feel any strong need to try Indian food. I enjoy Mexican, Chinese, and Italian. I already know my way around those menus. Learning a new one might involve too many nasty surprises. I had hot and sour soup yesterday and it took me years to learn to like that. Another problem with Indian is that I like beef, and I have a feeling there isn't much beef on the Indian menu.
