I read this story from a magazine at my workplace. A Finnish immigrant to the USA, in the 1950s, was travelling back to his home in the USA after a visit to Finland. In the customs, the customs officer asked him: "Are you a resident of the United States?" The Finnish immigrant answered, in a thick Finnish accent: "Are you razy? Ruman is resident."
