You have to do one or both of the following tasks to clear a path:

1) Get Mrs. Desai all the chem reagents, OR...
2) Completely finish your business with Mrs. Laurente. And I mean to the point where she is out for the count.

#2 is probably the better option, only because you need to handle some other tasks (or finish with Mrs. A) in order to even GET one of the reagents.
