So, I stopped off at my apartment yesterday to set my phone to
charge while I went to the read/singthrough for She Loves Me,
which I'm in.

After, I went back to pick up my phone. My landlord was outside
in the driveway.

"Hey Mike, glad you're here."

"What's up?"

"I need to talk to you about moving."

"...okay."

"I can't afford the house anymore, so I'm moving out."

'...okay."

"I've looked around for other places that have a basement like
this one, but I haven't found any. But I'll cut you a break on rent
this month, so you can find some new place."

"...okay."

So, I now have 18 days to find a new place to live.

Fantastic. Just what I wanted to deal with at this point in time.
