I theorize that they don't understand the question. I believe they think it is asking either "What is the easiest month to pronounce incorrectly?" or "What is the hardest month to spell?"

Because nobody really likes to say Feb-roo-airy or Feb-you-airy. And they say otherwise, they're lying dirtbags.
