That's pretty much it, yeah. When I think of something and/or notice it's been a while, I update it. I do take emailed suggestions -- one time, way back, I even held a contest (it's archived on the "Contests" page) for who could come up with the best poll question, which was really just a way to get a bunch of usable ideas out of people.
