This post is slightly less offensive than the two singers we're talking about. You're making some really sweeping generalizations about our two nations, and they stink.
Where do you get the idea that Americans, in general, *aren't* crying out against Neo-Nazism? The fact that we actually know what freedom of speech stands for, namely that it's not "you can say what you want as long as I like what you say"? What would you do? Throw them in jail? That kind of thinking, even over -- no, *especially* over -- such a clearly evil ideology is the first step to tyranny.
