If you woke up the fat guy in Lucky Strike and exhausted all your conversation options with him, I think you can go around back and start cooking with his Dutch oven. It looks like you have all the ingredients for a nice stew... you just have to add them in the correct order for it to taste right.
He'll really, really appreciate the meal. Might reward you handsomely - maybe enough to impress a bunch of card sharks. :)
