The administration building, I believe, is in the northwest quadrant of campus, not far from the Humanities building. I think you can find it north of one of the dining halls.

Getting the nerds to the junkpile will require underground means. Fortunately, the first step of that solution will become clear once you find a new place to hide Silus and Verna.

Unfortunately, you need to finish doing your English teacher a favor to trigger the uncomfortable discovery of that new hiding spot.
