For those of you who are movie buffs, but don't have time to watch a lot of movies, I recommend the Independant Films channel. If you can stand to watch movies on TV, the IFC folks run a lot of very short films. A word of caution: They don't waste any time editing.

Recently I saw one in which the main character was hurrying through London when she sensed that she was being watched. Soon, watched became chased and she dodged through streets, down into the tube, back up again, always just a bit ahead of the threatening chasers. Finally, eluding them, she ducked into a coffee shop. Moments later she came out and hurried off down the street.

Wait a minute! Just as the viewer realizes that she no longer has her packpack, the coffee shop explodes.
