My brother put up a web page to showcase some of his graphic design stuff. The link is below.

Besides browsing to see what's there, some particular feedback (bug reports and/or cool settings you discover that made neat things) would be welcome about the L-Systems Applet. Click on any of the applet icons, then look at the "Quick Start" blurb beneath where it loads.

If it doesn't load properly, download the JRE 5.0 Update 5 from http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp and install that.

Once you've played with the "Predefined" settings, you can experiment with the individual settings and see what you can come up with.

I am the proud creator of what I call "Wales on a Merry-Go-Round," which can be obtained with the following settings:

Axiom: F--F++F
F -> -F++F--F+
Angle: 60
Initial X: 0
Initial Y: 40
Initial Angle: 90
Initial Length: 300
Reduction Factor: 2.0

Refine up to level 7.
