Vampire Hall - stuck near end of game

I seem to be wandering round in circles without getting anywhere...

I have:

An iron key
A silver key
A thick branch
A signed document

I've killed one vampire, and found a second, but I don't seem to have any means of killing it.

Any hints gratefully appreciated!
