Are you living with constant fear and paranoia, or do you just wake up sometimes and feel freaked out? I think everybody is sometimes startled in the middle of night and gets freaked out for no logical reason.

On the other hand, if you are regularly feeling paranoid and afraid for no logical reason, you may want to consider seeing a doctor.
