That man sounds kind of like me, only I've never been nearly that bad off. I wish I had a way to measure the static electricity that I sometimes get. I seem to build it up far more than most people. There have been periods when I would get shocked every time I got out of my car. I routinely get shocked on light switches, my computer, and on wall corners where the metal part is just underneath the plaster. That's right--I get shocked THROUGH the plaster. Many times it's distinctly painful. Also, for some reason, I can often vary the quality of radio reception simply by moving my hands around the radio.
