When I went to debate camp over the summer at Stanford University, the dorm I stayed at used sewage water to water the lawns and stuff. Let's just say that I think the main problem is the smell. Somehow, the smell doesn't get... well, diluted, I guess. And since it's really hot in the summer and we therefore open the windows, we go to sleep smelling sewage. Not fun.
