Outlaws...Need Help Finding Money!!

Okay so far i have managed to get:

1 dollar
gun
alter cloth
feather
wood
water
jerky
powder
playing cards
bread
cabbage

People having been saying u have to play music in the saloon to make money but i played the piano already and the people in the bar just yelled and threw things at me and now i can't play the piano anymore beczuse i don't know any songs.
I've also awoken the fat guy but i don't know how to feed him.
And do i have to do something with the organ grinder and his monkey?
PLEASE HELP!!
