Hmmm. That's not usually a problem spot for people, although it can be harrowing in there. First, make sure you've stepped on every square outside the buildings and also one every square inside buildings you've already visited. Looking at your saved game file, I see a few spots you've missed that would be exceedingly helpful.

Second, try to hit them right off with a magic item of some kind that will be immediately crippling to them. Also, though you've probably already tried this, try bringing in different types of monsters. It's possible you're just bringing a suboptimal party of monsters.
