If I can't get back to sleep, the rest of the day is shot. I just won't have the focus to concentrate on something or the stamina to do whatever I need to do with it. I'm having that kind of day right now, actually. Not fun. Still, I don't typically view the matter in my mind as "a bad day" so much as one where I don't demand as much of myself as I usually do, and one I'm eager to have over so I can take another shot at that sleep thing.
Huh. For some reason I never would've expected you to be that way. I fully expected you to be like Monkeyman. Not sure why.. but I did.
Personally I *am* like the Monkey. If I get up earlier I consider it a total bonus in my time for the day. I'm not sure I consider it "productive" time, but I do consider it more "me" time. I use it to take time to respond to posts on the forum, read more of a good book I'm into, watch t.v., etc.. Anything that *I* want to do and just never feel like I get enough time for.
