I think I have the advantage in this department because most days I don't have a schedule. I wake up when I feel like it, and take an afternoon nap if I need one. I snoozed for 45 minutes yesterday because I knew that at 5 p.m. I was going to have to drive 170 miles home. I feel like I am safer if I don't drive tired.
Eating is about the same. I have three regular meals and usually about three snacks each day. Timing of the snacks is not critical, so it's when the mood strikes me. No, that won't make you fat if you snack right.
I also work hard, but not for very long at a time and only when the mood strikes me. I may start early and work in spurts until dark, but I get a lot done without getting tired. And then I sleep better until 5 a.m., or 7 or whatever time I feel like getting up.
Today, I got up about 6:30, went out to work in the yard about 9 and at 11:30 I got on the computer. I have mowed part of the yard, picked up some sticks that blew down when the storm passed through, changed the oil in the mower and tilled the compost pile. I'm ready for lunch and maybe a short nap. I think most people could live with that kind of schedule. Howard
