That reminds me of the Toco Bell near here. They had a bunch of kids who were in their first job. There was one older lady, who was not the manager, but sort of assumed that role. For a while, she seemed to be making progress. Then one day I went in and there she was, the manager, and all of the other employees were in her age bracket. Everything was going just fine. They were fast and I think even the food was better. They have a few younger people now, but it's still the best Taco Bell around. The right management makes a difference.
