That's the most awesome idea ever. But no, I was working for the department in charge of physical assets for the agency. If a computer was purchased it would have to be tagged with an ID number and the person who was to use it would be recorded, for example. The phones and pagers were old and we were going to dispose of them. I had to break them so that if people saw them they would know that it was trashed equipment.
