It sounds like it could be very satisfying to me. Many times I have surpressed the urge to smash electronic devices.

Once, when I worked for the newspaper in my college days, I had the job of taking the fire extinguishers out and emptying them. They had to have a fresh charge every year. I had to do it one at a time, so as to not leave the shop without fire protection.

So I would take one outside, turn it upside down and spray water all over the parking lot. Then I would take it to the fire hall to be recharged. Back at the shop, I would hang it up in it's place and grab another one. It sure beat working.

I know I would have been the one to dispose of the old cell phones if they had such a thing in those days.

It didn't matter if I was a reporter, a janitor, a proof reader, or a fire safety engineer, it still paid minimum wage. At that time, that was $1 an hour. It got me through college.
