Well I finally got past old lady, now I am trying to buy boots for delhi shanks (or whatever the name is) an all I have is 11 dollars. I know someone told me(I think it was sam) that you can never make a "un-fixable" mistake in this game. But when I played poker I lost like all the gold dust, so the only money I had was the reward for getting the cheater. On my way back to Lynville I had a prob with my horse's shoe, so I had to pay I forget how much to get it fixed and then I had to pay the guy at the livery $3 more. SO now I only have $11 and boots are $24. HOW do I get more $$$$?? I've played the piano, caught the cheat, made the food... what else??? Have I used or lost too much money to finish??? I did run into the Indians a WHILE ago, and I "thought" I'd gotten a 'silver dollar' from the indian fight. but it is not in my inventory.. PLEASE HELP..HOw in the heck do I get more Money, where to go to, need to get the boots to go to desert!! thanks, inventory:
