We just got back from a day at Dollywood with the grandkids. Crowd, moderate. Temperatures just right. Food good. All of the trees are fully leafed out which means you are usually in the shade. Flowers in full bloom.

My grand daughter, age ten, got me on a water slide ride and got me soaking wet. Then grandson, age seven, got me on a whirlie dully of some kind and spun me dry.

I usually don't ride many rides but this time I only missed a few. No other choice, I guess.
