stupid peryolitium shards

Okay, I know I must be getting close. But I think I need one more of those peryolitium shards. All the rest of them are inside the cylinder thing and I'm guessing that cylinder makes me the shield that I have the book on. Am I missing anything else? Some help would be appreciated here.
