There's a second half of Level 9, but you might need to backtrack a little bit -- as you need a few other things in order to accomplish anything significant. Have you explored *everywhere* on Level 5? You might need to start there.

If you are a little further along than I am assuming, then there is a little closed-off section on Level 8. Have you found a way in there?
