TOA - Bus - missing something....

Hi, I'm stuck at the end where the director yells 'cut!' and says that I'm missing something. I don't know what I'm missing though - the nerds are in the junkyard fiddling around and I completed all of my teacher tasks?!? I have noticed that some people have a parachute? Do I need that? If so, where would I get it? Also, I've read that you need to use the canister containing the sleeping gas but I don't get that option anywhere near the bus. Here's my inventory:
