Actually, no. The term "Immaculate Conception" refers to the conception of Mary, not of Jesus. The Catholic Church beleives that Jesus could not have been born to someone tainted by original sin, and so came up with the concept of her having been immaculately conceived.

This refers to her spiritual conception, rather than her physical conception, of course. I get rather lost at that point.
