It looks like you've just found the exit on the bottom level of the caverns, which is where you need to get to. Like the earlier stage, you just need to get there as quickly as possible after jumping from the cart. Some people have recommended starting from the end and trying to work your way back to the start as quickly as possible. Then all you have to do is reverse the directions, and you have the quickest way from top to bottom. This will work because, as it turns out, you don't need to use downward (one-way) jumps.
