> Wow, I hope one day I'll be able to travel around like you do. Alaska should be an excellent trip. I'm still planning on surprising Megan by booking a cruise for our honeymoon. I just have to find a really nice one with an affordable price. One of my friend's wife can get some cheap tickets through her boss, but I'll have to check in on that one before I completely put my trust in it. HAVE FUN!!!

It's hard not to have fun on a cruise. They have swimming pools, great entertainment, excellent food, and views that just keep changing. You only have to unpack and repack once, and everybody waits on you hand and foot. We were on one ship that had a rock climbing wall, an ice rink, a rollerblade track, and minature golf. The ship we are going to be on this time has a theatre that is 3 decks high and a "Hydrospa." That's a pool that has heated salt water with bubbles and jets. Picture a hot tub big enough to swim around in circles.

I recommend seven day cruises. Any less than that and you might wind up on a smaller, older, less plush ship. It would still be fun, but the big, new ships are funner.

If you want to avoid getting duded up for dinner and a show a couple of times, just look for "freestyle" cruises. Otherwise, take a suit and tie.
