Yes, as a matter of fact, I have seen the show live. I was only about 13 or 14, when my 8th grade music teacher announced that she would be taking a bus load of students to see it in Boston. I was so jealous of everyone who would be going. I wanted to go so bad! Well, my mom said that if I could earn half the money myself, she would cover the other half. I believe the price of the tickets were something like $40. I managed to save up the money washing cars and doing odd jobs around the house and for my family. Excitedly I gave the teacher my check, and waited for the day to arrive. Well, come to find out she had taken one too many people, and I was the last on the list. I was almost in tears when she gave me my check back. A couple days before the show, somebody backed out at the last minute, and I was able to go after all! What a great show! That was over 10 years ago. :-)
